I'll post the answer tomorrow, I did a double take when I first saw it. The position was devised by Ray Cannon, and it appeared in Chess Monthly (Addicts Corner), January 1998 (page 24). It was used in a quiz at Richmond Junior (Chess) Club, in the United Kingdom.
Currently I'm working on a HTML version of the book "Chess Opening Traps", as soon as the book is converted (if I complete it), I'll post the link.
